In 2016 our online personal training program was launched and today we have established market leaders in the design & installation of residential fitness facilities. HGS is privately owned and managed by one of its original founders, Matt Hancocks. An International master trainer, European speaker, and passionate health coach.

Our expert knowledge and experience in the industry enables us to design, supply, and install incredibly stylish home gym spaces. Not only that, but we make sure you use this space by offering an incredible online personal training program as part of our aftercare service.
